About LP Projekti and our experience
LP Projekti specialises in screw pile foundations. We carry out installation for lightweight and medium-load structures across Latvia. Screw piles are suitable for terraces, residential buildings, modular constructions, saunas, canopies, and jetties where reliable foundations are required.
The company was founded in 2022 by Lauris Potāpovs. Screw pile foundations have been our specialisation for over 10 years.

How we work
Screw piles are installed using a professional electric handheld drive. This allows us to work in places where access is restricted and heavy machinery cannot reach, without damaging the surrounding area.
Screw pile foundations are ready for further construction work on the same day. This allows builders to continue without delays.
Quality material
Screw piles are made from Q235B carbon steel, hot-dip galvanised in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 1461 standard. The average zinc coating thickness is 70 μm, which provides over 50 years of service life.
Project process
We start each project with a consultation, during which we discuss the client’s needs and the most suitable solution. Before installation, we assess the soil, load requirements, and structure type to choose the right type and placement of screw piles. On site, screw piles are installed within one day, and the foundations are ready for further construction work.
