Terrace in Sigulda

A homeowner in Sigulda wanted a beautiful terrace. One of the requirements was that the terrace had to be raised about 60–70 cm above the ground, ensuring easy access in and out of the house.

We agreed on the dimensions, the quote, and the installation date, and then got to work.

Photo – first we measured everything, marking it out with reinforcement bars, drilled pilot holes, and assembled and installed the screw piles.

After that, the owner took over the terrace construction activities.

In the end, the foundations are solid and secure, while the terrace and hot tub are convenient and easy to use!
